  Our business was established in Central Georgia in 1998. At that time water front construction was at best second rate. Most of the contractors on the lake were not concerned with square or plumb on a structure. We helped establish the standards of construction that are commonly used today. By example, I was told that I could never make a living at this craft because I spent to much time measuring. At this present time I am the only waterfront contractor, on lake Sinclair that maintains an on front and office staff. I do not operate on the philosophy of neptunium nor the "Good Ol' Boy"/good buddy policy. I have an extensive documented background in residential, heavy industrial and commercial construction, spanning more than thirty five years.
